⚙️Certified Production Process
Bluetech’s AdBlue® is manufactured using pharmaceutical-grade urea and ultra-pure deionized water, following a controlled production process that ensures stability and purity.
Each production stage is carefully monitored:

Raw Material Inspection – Only certified, high-purity urea is accepted.

Blending & Filtration – Advanced multi-stage filtration system to remove impurities.

Quality Control Testing – Every batch is analyzed in our lab for:

Urea concentration (32.5%)

Density (1.087–1.093 g/cm³ at 20°C)

Alkalinity, biuret, and metal content

Appearance & clarity

Batch Approval & Packaging – Released only after full compliance verification.
